Templa Store offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including if you simply changed your mind.
Refunds are handled directly by our team. To request one, message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order email at support@templa.store and we will arrange it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Once a refund is issued, the licence for the refunded template ends and you must stop using and delete the files. See our Terms & Conditions for the full licence terms.
